IBM Service Requests for IBM i customers
If you are a current IBM i customer who on occasion needs to place Service Requests, IBM is introducing a new support site to replace the IBM Service Request tool. IBM i software products will migrate to the new support site in September/ October 2019 time frame.
The new IBM Support site provides:
• Enhanced case creation
• Improved product selection
• Simplified search
• Greater visibility into the status of your support cases
