Our Responsibilities to the Client

We will advise clients of any potential conflict of interest before undertaking a recruiting assignment.

We will only accept engagements where the client’s requirements are clearly understood and well defined.

We will put forward only suitable candidates who have been interviewed and processed by us.

Our Responsibilities to the Candidate

We will treat all candidates, whether solicited or unsolicited, with courtesy, respect and full confidentiality.

We will ensure prompt, regular and complete communication with candidates throughout the assignment and advise them in a timely and constructive manner when they are no longer in the running for the appointment.

We will restrict all personal information, including assessments, to the clients.

We will not verify reference without the candidate’s permission.
