RCS launched the www.jobspursuit.com website as the Manpower and Recruitment Division.

RCS is appointed as IBM Authorized Training Provider for AIX, making RCS the only IBM ATP in the Philippines to teach both major Power Systems operating platforms (AIX and i).

RCS was appointed by IBM Daksh as a Business Partner:

2005
RCS introduced it's BACKUP RECOVERY SERVICES (BRS) for the iSeries AS/400. 

RCS became the Distributor of IMAS, an ERP application for the Retail & Distribution Industry.
 
2004
RCS signed an agreement with IBM Philippines where IBM was appointed by RCS as a Reseller for the MIMIX High Availability Software.
 
2002
RCS was appointed by IBM Philippines as the Partner for the iSeries AS/400 education requirements.  The RCS Technical staff are the
instructors and the classes are held in the RCS classroom.  An IBM Certificate is issued at the end of the class.
 
2001
RCS was awarded by IBM as the Business Partner of the Year for Services and Business Partner of the Year for eServer iSeries and Systems Sales Reseller of the Year.  Also eServer iSeries Systems Engineer of the Year, eServer iSeries Solution Leader of the Year and Services BP Sales Representative of the Year as given to RCS.

RCS was awarded by IBM as the Business Partner of the Year for Software and Software Sales Representative of the Year. Also AS/400 Systems Engineer of the Year as given to RCS.
 
1999
RCS became the Distributor of Lakeview Technology for the MIMIX High Availability Software on the iSeries AS/400.  Sales & Technology Support are provided by RCS personnel.

RCS was awarded by IBM ASEAN/South Asia    as  the  1999 Dream Team. RCS was  again  awarded  for   5  consecutive  years   as  the Business  Partner  for  Best  in  Customer  Satisfaction. Also awarded AS/400 System Engineer of the Year.

Right Executive Consultant (REC), the executive search division was established.
 
1998
RCS was recognized by IBM Philippines  as  1998  Business Partner For Best  in  Customer  Satisfaction   AS/400 Systems Engineer of the Year. IBM  Region   (ASEAN/SA)  Business  Partner  for  Best   in Customer Satisfaction. RCS became Lotus Business Partner.
 
1997
RCS became an Authorized Distributor of Motorola, Inc. to market its Radio Network Solutions. RCS received major awards from IBM  Phils.  1997  Business Partner  For  Best  in  Customer  Satisfaction,  1997 AS/400 Sales Leader, AS/400 Systems Engineer of the Year.

IBM Asia Pacific Headquarters recognized RCS as the 1997 Business Partner for Best Year-To-Year Growth.
 
1996
RCS was again awarded by IBM Philippines as  the  1996 Business Partner For Best in Customer  Satisfaction  also awarded RCS as "AS/400 Systems Engineer of the Year".
 
1995
RCS   was  authorized   by  IBM  to  market  the   Automated Tellering Machines (ATM’s) and Mainframe machines. RCS   was  recognized by Philippines  as    the " 1995 Business Partner For Best in Customer Satisfaction.

RCS became the Philippine affiliate of AxSys Ltd. A UK based company providing banking solutions.
 
1993
RCS was recognized by IBM to market the RS/6000, AIX family of computers.
1992
RCS became the Philippine Affiliate of MARCAM Corporation, a US-based company and the world leader and provider of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Solutions covering both Process and Discrete Manufacturing.
 
1989
RCS was recognized by IBM Asia/South Pacific Area as the 1989 TOP PERFORMER(Winners’ Circle).
 
1988
RCS was appointed by IBM as a Business Partner.
